Super fancy cake for the pistachio lover in your life with a vegan cake here. Cream cheese frosting can be vegan by request but this will result in a higher cost. Alternatively, regular buttercream or flavored buttercream would pair nicely with this cake. Rose/pistachio also possible.
20 cm, 2-layer cake serves 16-24 depending on how you slice (cake will come unsliced).
