About Katie Bakes

My name is Katie and I have lived in the Netherlands since 2020. I've been baking and cooking since I've been a teenager but started my gluten-free baking journey in 2009 when I met my partner, who has celiac disease. I have only baked gluten free now for nearly 15 years.

While I do not have a certified gluten-free kitchen, none of my bake ware has ever touched gluten and you can be rest assured that the utmost care is taken when considering your food allergies. Katie Bakes cannot guarantee any contaminants and anyone with serious allergies should exceed caution in consuming Katie Bakes.
