Gluten free, vegan lavender, vanilla, and lemon cake with lavender buttercream frosting. You taste the lavender but it's not overwhelming. The natural coloring is also a feast for the eyes. The lavender comes from my own garden (organic) and lemon zest used is also organic. This cake has a stronger crumb and the lavender buttercream balances it out and makes a wonderful cake to have with coffee or tea (or rose wine!).
Note: dried lavender used as available, fresh flowers used as available and pickup time/cake cutting time. Light piping included with the price if creative freedom granted - if you want a particular style - please let me know!
